By registering for the summit, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times during the summit. We reserve the right to remove any participant found to be engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

The content presented during the summit, including presentations, documents, and videos, is owned by the Authors' Summit or its speakers and is protected by copyright laws. Participants may not distribute, modify, or use the content without explicit permission.

No Refunds: Please note that all purchases for the VIP event summit are final and non-refundable.

Author Accelerator Membership Refund Policy

We stand behind the value of the Author Accelerator Membership and are committed to your success. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee—based on participation and effort.

Active Participation: You must attend the bi-weekly coaching calls or complete the core course content within the 30-day period.

Engagement Verification: To qualify for a refund, we will review your activity within the membership area—including video progress tracking, homework submissions for each lesson, and confirmation of Zoom call attendance.

If you complete the program requirements listed above during the 30-day window and still feel the program didn’t deliver value, we will honor your refund request.

Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.

No Refunds After 30 Days: Any requests made beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

How to Cancel: Email us at support@robertallen.com with your full name and registration details to initiate your request.

Processing Time: Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your bank account.

The Authors' Summit and its organizers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
